Every day, your employees are making hundreds, if not thousands, of decisions (big and small) for your business. Each decision produces a 'ripple' outcome that connects through your performance culture to your results.

How many of those decisions are good? What level of improvement could be possible? What sort of impact would that have on you results?

Perhaps you've heard or said something like "I'm sick of developing our people and then they up and leave. What a waste of time and money!" Yes, it is. BUT! What is the cost to your business if you don't develop them, and they stay? How much extra time and effort will you need to put in to compensate? What can be done to increase employee longevity and thereby increase the return on your investment?

By developing a performance culture for your people, you are helping build a framework to deliver the results you require from your business. On the 'performance culture' page, we defined people as.

People: everyone that interacts for your business to exist and function - employees, management, directors, owners, suppliers, investors, customers, suppliers etc.

Mainly, we will be focusing with you on your internal people: managers and employees. Get that right and your internal people will then look after your external people properly. Customer service starts within.
