We are a Chartered Accounting practice which means that each principal (Director) is a qualified accountant and holds a practising certificate from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia (ICAA). Our full name is QED3 Pty Ltd. We provide management consulting services and business accounting to clients on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland as well as throughout the rest of Australia and overseas as required. We fully support and comply with the relevant standards and ethical requirements of the ICAA and we keep our promises.

We have significant performance-development experience, in a variety of sizes and types of industries (private and public). We know how to help you design, build and maintain a healthy and vibrant workplace culture focussed on performance that produces results. We have worked at the very upper levels of the capital city corporate environment right through to the smallest, down-to-earth, owner/operator-run business. We only offer pragmatic, sensible, clever solutions designed specifically for your business needs.

Deidre Robilliard, B.Com, CA, p.nlp
Deidre started as an accountant with KPMG where she was soon promoted to Manager. Subsequently, Deidre has held very senior corporate roles including National Internal Audit Manager of one of Australia´s largest friendly societies. She is also a qualified NLP Practitioner and enjoys helping businesses systemise and manage their business. Over the years Deidre has also enjoyed working with various community groups and helping them to solve their accounting problems. Deidre focusses predominately on assisting businesses with their business accounting requirements.

[Mark] Mark Robilliard, B.Bus, CA, AHRI, m.nlp
Mark initially worked in public accounting on the Sunshine Coast. Many years later, after working in London and then teaching commerce degree students back at Deakin University, Mark joined KPMG as a Supervisor. He was soon promoted to National Training Manager, focusing on increasing employee performance levels through development. He later founded a successful management consulting practice and has held senior corporate positions in human resources. Mark has worked throughout Australia and also in the UK, PNG, Indonesia and the USA. He particularly enjoys working with clients to help them create a dynamic performance culture, specific to their business values and requirements. Mark is qualified at the Master level in NLP and is a very experienced facilitator and communicator.
